Surf and Turf

its so nice when we have time to make a good meal at home. Joe decided to get all fancy on me. I had never had bass before, so he made an awesome cilantro and parmesan sea bass with serano tomatillo relish, and a rib eye. Oh yea, and some cowboy beans on the side.
