we’ve taken to eating pork tenderloins recently. We got some for really cheap and they generally make enough for an awesome dinner and one follow up lunch. After a few attempts – this is one of our favorites. Tenderloin, with a jalapeno relish rub, wrapped in bacon. oh my god!! its good. The jalapenos cook down and are no longer hot, but bring a sweet jalapeno taste. All wrapped in crispy salty bacon. Fried in oil to crisp the bacon then baked to finish. Come on. you know you want some.
